Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes annually.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better empower the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) different sales classes offered for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians includes:

  • Heating and cooling system tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection in the fall
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ semiannually
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty programs as needed

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary training through the roll out of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc curriculum to better train our technical personnel.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Biannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to give support, tools, and framework for operating a business from the P&L aspect.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Three (3) times annually, conduct outbound calling over a one (1) day course. In this class we go over heating and cooling industry basics, why people buy, calling skills, scripts, customer purchase signals, and mastering customer grievances.

Dispatcher

  • No formal training given. Ongoing training provided by the General Manager and applicable staff in the office.
