Dalibor & Mo sent me a text message prior to their arrival, and they arrived sooner rather than later in the 8 am - 12 pm timeframe. I was able to use the tracker on my laptop to see their location. They were polite and professional. They were also considerate of the fact we are in a condo with limited parking spots. Mo explained what they were going to do, and I explained what had happened with previous techs. We discussed both the inside air handler, and the outside unit, both of which were installed new in 2019. Mo took pictures and wrote a report, and we discussed what might need to be done in the future and my/our options. I would definitely recommend them as techs you would want to work on your A/C.

Do not trust the work done by these guys! We paid these guys over $20k for new duct work and another $30k for new A/C units. A year later when we have water stains next to a vent they installed, their technician says nothing is wrong and wants to charge a diagnostic fee. He didn't diagnose anything! Steer clear of these guys, despite the high prices the work quality is low and absolutely no ethics.

Jason and Gustavo arrived right as scheduled today (actually early by a few minutes) and performed a very thorough inspection of our A/C problem. Not only were they very professional, they took the time to show me the A/C problem areas (condenser, compressor) and explained how the refrigerant lines were attached to the compressor. I’m very impressed!
